上图为56 RCS 001型高性能405nm激光器的控制端口,左下high speed mod口是TTL调制口(即数字调制口),TTL调制频率可达350MHz,上升下降延< 1ns!,旁边 Analog mod是模拟调制端口,模拟调制频率可达5MHz。上边液晶显示为开机工作累计时间,可以监测激光器的寿命(寿命有根有据)。上边一排LED显示激光器各部件的工作状态,便于判断激光器状态,并分析出错原因。右侧上边为钥匙开关,下边是Interlock,电源已经集成在激光器上了,只需接入5V电源即可工作,非常方便。
